This creates the employee's identity record — who they are — and their first employment record with Company. If the national ID already exists on ERN, the existing identity is reused and only a new employment relationship is created for your company. Canonical identity details are never overwritten from this form. Assessments, evidence, role changes and exit records are added afterwards from their workforce profile.
